Indian River Golf Club PGA Professional Doug Temple, the founder of the “Golf for Life” program, will be the lead instructor in Three camps at Indian River Golf Club this summer. Camps are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday June 24-26 and July 8 -10 and August 12-14. Times are from 9 am – Noon each day with a luncheon and awards ceremony on Sunday at Noon. Certified PGA Professional Doug Temple, founder of the “Golf for Life” program and long time director of instruction is the NEW Golf professional at Indian River Golf Club. As the Golf Professional Mr. Temple will be working with the membership, community and resort play to make sure all guests have an exceptional experience. PGA Professional Dr. Pete Bishop and Golf Professional Jason Cheesebro to Lead “Golf for Life” Camps @ Maple Leaf and Delta College
Long time instructors Dr. Pete Bishop and Jason Cheesebro will be leading the “Golf for Life” teaching staff. Combined the two individuals bring over 50 years experience and a passion for exposing youth to this great game. Doug Temple said, “I’ve known Jason and Pete for years. They’re respected and accomplished instructors and players. Together the two of them along with the other staff instructors (Greg Harrant, Quin Kane, Mike Schultz, Bob Norris, Doug Temple and Allen Temple) are going to make this year the BEST EVER!
